Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Scrubber
Carefully repackage your Jaspr unit in its original box with all internal protective foam, filters, and power cables to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport back to our facility.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
